Returns

Prior to making your purchase, we ask that you carefully review all of the item information and contact us with any questions on 027 308 8801 or shop@collecte.nz 

A full cash refund is available for all full priced online purchases that are returned within 14 days after purchase. Any in store purchases can be returned for a store credit only. Please note we cannot process a cash refund for any items purchased using Afterpay. We can however offer a credit note or exchange for the returned item(s).

We are more than happy to exchange sizes when applicable and if the desired item is available. Please note that exchanges can only be made once and you must make contact with us within 7 days of purchase. 

Returns or items for exchange must be returned within 14 days of delivery. 

Exchanges, store credits and refunds are only available on full priced items and store credits are valid for 12 months from the date of issue. 

Returned goods must be unused, unaltered, and unwashed with all original tags and packaging enclosed.

Sale items cannot be exchanged, credited or refunded – no exceptions. 

We cannot exchange, repair or refund items that have been damaged due to general wear and tear.

Return shipping costs will not be refunded unless the item proves to be faulty.
