Head designer Sara Munro began her journey up-cycling vintage leather jackets, denim and uniforms, giving them new form and function as leather goods. Reworking vintage pieces continues to be an important influence for the brand, this heritage is infused in new collections.

Company of Strangers is designed in Dunedin and made in New Zealand by craftspeople living in Auckland, Tauranga, Nelson and Dunedin. Their experience, love and wisdom give COS garments the high quality each piece deserves.
