After years of refining this particular design, we have reached the fifth iteration of our take on classical collared shirts. In Te Ao Māori, the term “ĀKE” encapsulates a closing part of our karakia that reflects on the idea of “forvever”, “Āke, ake, ake”. This kupu is given to the shirt for its design integrity that will stand the test of time. Each alternative fabrication will breathe new life and character into an already trusted silhouette.Processed with experimental dying techniques
